You can now save email attachments to iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and more! When you next get an attachment in your email on your iPad, save it to one of your cloud accounts.
If you have IOS 9, you may not have noticed that when you get an email from someone for the first time, and the person is not in your contacts, the contact icon shows at the top of the email. If you tap it, you can add the new person to your contacts. The same works for calendar events. If there is a date in the email, you will get the option to add it to your calendar. Next time look for this at the top of your email if there is a date in the email.
